32 different ways in which God Heals While God does whatever He pleases, He always responds to faith without reservation. He rewards those who SEEK HIM, not those who ONLY WAIT FOR HIM. Waiting ON the Lord Is 40:31 is different than waiting FOR the Lord in a presumptuous entitled way. While God listens and hears us and is glad when we trust HIM & don’t take things in our own hands, many Christians think God somehow exists only to be a heavenly Santa, ever waiting to jump through our hoops! But this is arrogance and unbelief in enormous measure. It would do us well to know God is NO respecter of persons and HE loves those who SEEK Him for things! While He could instantly heal every sick person on the planet, He has chosen now to work together with us 2 Cor 6:1 to accomplish much of His will. Jesus even said we could do even greater things than He did on the earth .Jn 14:12 Is 55:8-9- “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.” Below is a list, not exhaustive, of different ways the Lord heals in scripture & the prime motivation highlighted which reveals much about God’s heart and ways.
